  Igot most of the way through the Triple Chocolate Brownie when a piece of plastic got lodged in my throat causing me to gag for about 5 mins. & couldn't talk til I got it out and we never got recourse & we absolutely we appalled by the way we were treated, so we will NEVER come back again! I even killed a gnat that wound up wedged in between the spaces of the plastic bowl I ate out of, which I find discusting! ALL my friends & family already know of this experience we had yesterday @ about 2:30PM & they're just appalled as we are @ your lousy service, SO MUCH that quite a few people no doubtably will NEVER return there either. So you lost WAY more than two costumers in just cost you business & on top of that since, the manager there refused any type of recourse what so ever, & was suppose to go out of his way to make us happy Soreley he did not & I will make it a point to tell corp. about our experience & how lousy we got treated over that piece of plastic & possibly you could be suied over this due to the damages it caused my throat, but more than likely we're not coming back & will take our business elsewhere! Like Steak & Shake or Baskin Robin's, or someplace like that!
